Share Using call ups/downs
Players registered on a 45+ team may be “ called-up” to Over 35 teams for league play up to 5 times for the season (total number, not per team).
Players registered on an Over 35 team who are over 45 may be “ called-down” to a 45+ team for league play up to 5 times for the season (total number, not per team).
The definition of an over 45 player is a player age 45 or older in the current season's year.
ie for summer 2016 born 1971or earlier
A team may use a maximum of 3 called-up/down players in any league game.
Team official must check called-up/down players’ names appear on both game sheets, entering them by hand if necessary.
The team using call ups/downs reports the game including the names of the call-ups/downs, whatever the result.
Failure of a team to add the called-up/down players to the game sheets and/or report the game as above may result in that team forfeiting the game.
It is the team’s responsibility to ensure that the added player has not already played the maximum 5 called-up/down games otherwise forfeiture will result.
Call-ups/downs are not permitted in Playoffs, Provincials or Citadel Challenge Cup, for other tournaments check their rules.
